She showed up in the Zee TV show Kasamh Se featuring Prachi Desai and Ram Kapoor. She is well known for her job of Gunjan in sequential Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke. Roopal made her introduction with the television sequential Kasamh Se in the year 2007.Roopal is a challenger of famous discussion show Bigg Boss 9 and she was wiped out on 14daysy. She made a trump card section as a contender in Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 8.
