I have been a fitness enthusiast for several years now. I have seen many people come and go in the gym, and I have even seen some people make amazing transformations.
However, there is one thing that I have noticed that many people lack, and that is accountability. accountability is key when it comes to fitness and achieving your goals.
If you are not accountable to yourself, then it will be very difficult to stay on track and achieve your goals. There are a few ways that you can stay accountable to yourself and your fitness goals.
One way is to set up a system where you are accountable to someone else. This could be a friend, family member, or even a personal trainer.
Another way to stay accountable is to track your progress. This can be done by taking pictures, measurements, or even keeping a journal.
Whatever method you choose, make sure that you are consistent with it. The more consistent you are, the more likely you are to see results.
If you are not seeing the results that you want, then it is time to reevaluate your goals. Sometimes, our goals need to be adjusted in order to see the progress that we want.
Whatever you do, make sure that you do not give up on your fitness goals. If you stay accountable to yourself and your goals, then you will eventually achieve them.

guess what guys we are doing a gold
update and
um not to brag but I smashed it I think
it makes the most sense to go in the
order of the things that I posted on
YouTube so we've got my no buy video and
then we've got my finance goals and then
we have my fitness goals so let's start
off with the no buy just as a refresher
my goal here is a complete and total
beauty makeup clothing home decor no buy
for three months and then after that
point I can repurchase certain things
um I can do kind it's just more of a low
buy with being a little bit more
conscious about spending how did I do I
did not buy
anything that I was not allowed to buy I
went to the thrift store to drop off so
many things I walked into the thrift
store twice walked around and had things
in my hands I went through the clothes
and I was like yeah girl just like pick
up all the things that you would buy and
then we'll look at it when we're done
you know what happened I looked at
everything and I was like this is not
worth breaking my word to myself or
failing this goal that I've set for
myself and I put it all back every time
the only things that I have bought that
are in this house right now I needed an
office chair because I was sitting on a
ladder and my desk needed a glass top on
it because it's just getting absolutely
scratched to so I have that coming
in the next seven days otherwise I've
been buying meal kits oh I bought two
deodorants because I was out I have also
updated on this twice on my Tick Tock
where I just kind of was like Hey guys
still kicking ass so if you want to go
over there and see more updates than
once a month you absolutely can so
overall lessons from the first month I
am wanting to spend less money I'm not
as like oh my God I saw that that looks
so cool when I'm on Tick Tock or
something or like if my friend shows me
something that they got and I'm like oh
my God that is cool usually I'd be like
I'm going on to Amazon right now
actually that does remind me I did buy a
couple things off of Amazon let's go to
my orders and see what I got I got a new
light fixture up here I forgot about
that and then I had to get some light
bulbs always the funnest I got some cat
litter I got some printer ink and
that is it
literally no fun money I will say in
terms of using things up that I already
have I'm now completely out of like
liquid eyeliner and I'm not gonna buy it
because eyeshadow and like I'm using the
Anastasia Brow Wiz and that's working
just fine I am really seeing a lot of
progress on the things that I'm using
and I'm also I split up my closet into
only winter stuff and then all of my
summer stuff I have stored under my bed
right now so my closet is a lot more
clear and I'm wearing things I'm being a
lot more
kind of harsh in terms of like how I
feel in my clothing I think but in a
good way where it's like I'm actually
staring at myself and being like how
does this make you feel and if it isn't
like awesome I get rid of it but in
doing that I haven't found like holes
that I need to fill in my wardrobe so
it's just downsizing things that aren't
serving me or aren't making me feel my
best so that is where we are in the no
buy we are a third of the way done and
we are going strong financial goals the
main one here was I want to save a
hundred thousand dollars this year so
breaking that down it is about eighty
three hundred dollars a month give or
take I also had questions like if you
earn say like 10 grand one month is that
just gonna be like extra or is it gonna
like take over for another month where
there's less and yeah like for this
month I saved nine thousand dollars
which again if you want more context on
why that's happening in like that amount
of money I will link that original video
down below long and short is doing only
fans full-time time and making this kind
of money is something that I want to
make work for me and for my future and I
am also going to Europe in April and is
a trip that I've been wanting to do for
literally years and years and years and
I'm fine this is my year I'm gonna do it
so this month I saved up just over nine
thousand dollars so if next month I only
do like seven that's completely fine but
the goal every month is still eighty
three hundred dollars and then the last
one was fitness goals so the long short
of it there was I wanted to lose one
pound a week I wanted to gain a little
bit more exercise and things that made
my body feel good and I have been doing
that as well so I got a scale that is
tracking all of my weight loss in the
app and all together this month I've
lost 4.2 pounds and 1.1 percent of my
body fat okay so my weight currently is
174 so that is four point whatever I
said two pounds down and and my goal
weight is 148 pounds some of the changes
that I have done personally every single
rough edit for any video I am doing and
editing I have to do on my walking
treadmill that has been the number one
way that I've been getting an extra 3
000 to 4 000 steps a day a rough edit is
literally just importing stuff for me
and cutting out the Dead Space and then
I go back through and do a more
fine-tuned edit and add in transitions
or fix the lighting or fix the audio but
the rough edit that usually takes me
about 30 minutes to go through I have to
do that walking when I have a big
editing day and I'm rough cutting a lot
of stuff I'll do like one rough cut sit
down do the more fine-tuned editing do
another rough cut get back on the
walking treadmill so those are days
where I am noticing my steps are going
up a lot instead of averaging like two
to four thousand steps a week I've been
averaging closer to like seven to ten
thousand steps a week or a day I'm also
re-watching super natural which I know
you're like okay well why does that and
I'll tell you why that matters because
every time I go to put Supernatural on
in the evening I have to do the first
episode while I'm riding on my bike and
I started this two days ago so it's not
like a long-formed habit yet but it has
been working for me and then I shower in
the evening and then my hair is dry and
ready to film in the morning so it's
just been actually really working for me
so I don't have to do a morning workout
and then shower and then do my hair and
then I'm finally ready at like 11 A.M
and then I can work and then I work out
later I just work out at night and I do
lighter cardio during the day I did also
go and stop by a gym yesterday and do a
little walk through tour and it just
wasn't the vibe like I want to be a gym
girly but like I get a lot of anxiety
around being in a gym like I don't know
what I'm doing I do know I want it to be
a comfortable space so I'm going to see
how the like cardio and the added bike
thing goes for me for this month and
then if I want to amp it up I do have a
gym that I have been to in years past
that I did like and feel really
comfortable there so I'll just go
re-sign up for that one I have been
really bad for ice cream lately that has
been kind of my Achilles heel but I've
also been cooking a lot more at home and
using a lot more Whole Foods meal prep
boxes have been my absolute go-to I've
been using a lot of good food hellofresh
and fresh prep I'm signed up to all of
them and then I just like if one week
one's meals are better for me I go with
that one and I just cancel the other
ones for that week and for me comparing
grocery bills when I'm going out and
buying a bunch of stuff versus getting
these it is more financially sensible so
overall I'm very proud of myself I am
most proud of myself for not buying
anything when I went into those thrift
stores that was the toughest battle for
me I'm I'm just so strong-willed you
know no I'll be honest the idea of me
having to come on here and report to you
that like I bought clothes that was a
very motivating factor to stick to my
guns with all of the that I've been
doing and then planning the Europe trip
which I literally did today in terms of
like flights and hotels and stuff that
is now my ongoing added motivation
because it's gone a bit kind of
expansion but like I've wanted to go for
so long so I'm gonna do Dublin I'm gonna
do Rome and then I'm gonna do Amsterdam
so it's kind of like a one of these and
then it's cheap to fly back home from
Amsterdam and also going to be doing
Vegas for my cousin's birthday so it's a
very travel heavy sort of dealio which
makes again the no frivolous shopping
thing very important and it makes it
more meaningful because now I have
things that I want my money to go to
instead and I also want to look hot as
in Dublin and find a Irish husband
and then bring them back here and uh
that's it that's my whole goal but
anyways I love you guys so much let me
know how your goals are going if you
left your goals on the bottom of any of
those videos this is where we all update
this is where we all hold ourselves
accountable this is where we redirect
and you know see what we need to change
or tweak for the next month coming up I
will do another one of these updates in
a month from now crazy I will also not
be buying anything frivolous Beauty home
decor whatever
um which also makes it easier because
now I have two roommates so there's a
lot of stuff in this house and um there
is no room for things I will be down to
170 pounds and I will hopefully also be
saving 8 300 again in February so go
subscribe to my only fans help a
out and I will see you all very soon bye
