I think I'm crazy don't play I've been

craving if I put it quite plainly

welcome back to the Vlog today's Monday

it is March 27th I'm like halfway

through my work day so I filmed a couple

videos already I'm working on another

like Tick Tock video so I figured maybe

I can show you guys behind the scenes of

it

um for this video I'm gonna be using my

bigger camera so I'll just show you like

what I'm doing it's just a quick it's a

really quick one oh my gosh wait happy

April it's now April Okay so

I'm gonna set you guys up so you can see

what I'm doing my shirt is from skims by

the way it's the boyfriend T

um as soon as I'm done with this I'm

gonna go have some things to eat because

I'm hungry this is the camera that I'm

using I have it at an angle it's

pointing down

um to my desk right here

just finished filming

um the little setup that I was doing it

is now three o'clock it's 307 and I need

to get Kelly in a few so I'm gonna have

lunch really quickly I need to redo my

board I haven't done my board in a while

since I've had my iPad I really haven't

been using it because I've been putting

everything in my iPad but I do still

like using it I have I like visual

reminders like I have everything in my

iPad but today I still have a sticky

note on my computer to remind me of what

I need to film because sometimes I'll

have it in my iPad but then when I sit

down to film I'll film one video and

then I'll forget what else I need to

film or I'll film two videos and then

I'll just like turn everything off

completely forget and I had a third

thing to film or take a picture of so I

have a sticky note it's on my computer

but I have it here to remind me of

everything that I needed to film today

so I actually I did all but two things

and I decided to do those things

tomorrow because since I'm testing out

the Moon this primer I decided to do the

other two things tomorrow just so I can

focus on this video and it's 308 let's

go eat y'all I didn't Vlog but I I did

stop at Paris Baguette this morning for

coffee and I decided to just get a

sandwich I decided to just pick up my

lunch while I was there so I got this

turkey sandwich and it looks really good

so I'm gonna have this for lunch it has

avocado tomato

um lettuce and like turkey I guess so

this will be lunch I guess I'll have

some the rest of this okay so

I have my lunch time I really hope this

tastes good I feel like you can't mess

up a turkey sandwich but you never know

this is a huge sandwich I'm gonna have

like half I think this is

what it looks like looks really

delicious I think I'll have half because

it's so big oh I'm gonna mess up my

makeup

it's alcohol-free and you may be

thinking like what's the point of

alcohol-free wine but it's kind of weird

like it tastes good and when you don't

really want to drink juice but you also

don't want like just water you want

something a little bubbly it has like 40

calories for

eight ounces which this is probably like

six ounces I think so

it's like low in calories but it tastes

kind of like bubbly it's like a nice

flavor

I don't know

maybe I'm just

bougie I've been really enjoying this

like I do like wine but I also know that

I get super inflamed so easily so I try

so I try not to drink alcohol

um unless I'm like at an event or

socially bad or whatever

just so I could have some liquid

confidence

but besides that

but I've been really enjoying my little

tossed or toast whatever however you say

it

I'm gonna put this other half in the

fridge for later

all right we're gonna go grab Cali I'm

wearing my owl jacket and then this is

from Lululemon it was

um from the outlet I got it at the

outlet so I'm pretty sure it's like

discontinued I actually need to work on

a thumbnail I completely forgot my Vlog

from yesterday's didn't go up yesterday

because I was like really

I was be I was behind Saturday we had a

lot going on we also spent a lot of time

with family

um I can't really like you know talk

much about it but

we ended up not being able to edit so

then I edited it yesterday but then it

wasn't enough time to get the Vlog up on

time so I did get it up but it was not

ready to be posted until like 8 30 and

by then I feel like it's too late so

it's gonna go up today but I assumed to

do the thumbnail because I didn't work

on the thumbnail once I realized it was

going to be ready in time I was just

like you know what whatever

so we'll do that when I get back home

and then I'm gonna

and then I'll post Sunday's Vlog which

is the weekly vlog

but yeah let's go get a code it's a

little later it's six o'clock right now

like 6 15 I just got done filming my

final clip for the other video I was

doing so I basically just give an update

on the primer and I really like it I'm

going to use it tomorrow I'm going to an

event so I'm going to use it as part of

my routine so I can see what it's like

you know to go out with it on so I'm

pretty much done with work for today

actually I'm lying because I wanted to

edit something so I want to edit the

video I filmed so I can be done with it

and I also want to edit this today's

portion of the Vlog that I'm working on

right now because I want to make sure

that I I want to take next week off so

the week that's today's you're going to

see this on Sunday hopefully I want to

take that week off you will have content

um so I want to film all those videos

that's gonna I'm gonna I want to film

the videos that you're going to see this

week this week

now so that way I have content edited

and uploaded but I don't have to

actually do any work next week I'm doing

that because my kids are on vacation

John is also on vacation so I want to be

able to be on vacation myself and hang

out with my family because last time

they had vacation

I did not prepare so I I didn't prepare

the last time they had vacations I feel

like I wasn't able to be as present as I

wanted to be so

um this week I'm getting my act together

the weekly Vlog don't forget to like

it's um like 5 5 30 after five it's like

5 30 I'm getting ready to leave well I

just got ready to leave

um I wanted to show you guys my outfit

really quickly before I leave the house

I will be doing an OOTD on Tik Tok and

Instagram reels but I am wearing this

Blazer it's from Zara

my bodysuit is from well um wearing my

Wofford bodysuit my hair is looking

crazy but I have on a u-part wig my

actual hair is so frizzy right now I

don't know why I'm also wearing these

pink pants my pants are from Zara

they're pink bring in this purse Tick

Tock version of the outfit is much

better so check that out and I'll

probably have it in Instagram as well I

didn't show you my fragrance so for

fragrance today I'm wearing gentle

fluidity

fluidity and I mixed it with

um

alien Goddess from

y'all so we just got to the gas station

I figured I could chat a little bit

because Johnny went to go grab a drink

in the little store but I'm wearing my

jbw wash the event that I'm going to

today is with jbw and it's like a woman

empowerment event which is nice I

let me see if I could find like the

flyer so I can show you as far as what I

did today literally nothing like

I was going back and forth on whether I

wanted to film a video early in the

morning and then take my makeup off and

then get ready for this event but then

I decided I decided not to because I

wasn't sure like

I decided not to because I felt like I

was cutting the time to close but I did

film

like short form content for this whole

like makeup and outfit so if you follow

me on Tick Tock you will see it I feel

like I said that 10 times already but

so yeah

anyway I'll talk to you once we get to

the city

all right so we just got to the location

I have like a couple minutes

yeah I'm just gonna touch up my powder

which I don't think I need to touch up

but I'm gonna touch it up a bit what you

need a charger

I'm making sure it's in okay

see I'm gonna just do a little bit of

powder

and then redo my lips I actually am

wearing sorry it's kind of loud that's

okay

actually wearing this today the summer

Fridays lip balm

I decided to wear this because whenever

I go to like events or like just out my

lipstick gets so like messed up after a

while you know like

my lipstick gets to that point where you

can't reapply it it just starts to like

Clump and just get like nasty so I

decided to try using a lip balm

hopefully it you know doesn't do that

typically it doesn't so

this one has a nice color

let me just add some

yeah I feel like I can reapply this as

much as I want to and I won't have that

issue and then I'm just going to add a

little bit of powder

I don't really need powder to be honest

but I'll just add some

here

I don't really need any powder but I'm

going to touch up a bit so yeah that is

all I'm gonna do and I'm gonna spray

some perfume I did bring my gentle

fluidity I didn't bring the other one

with me because I forgot it but

bring a little bit of the beach

um

this one

my first non-profit on HBS cares so yeah

as I'm getting you know the universe is

giving I'm also you know giving out you

know so I believe really in like

empowering people making people's lives

better I don't want to do any nonsense

do what I gotta do I read I make sure

she's happy you get what I mean I show

you anytime I have someone in my chair

always make sure I show them the best

make them feel good look good and guess

what happy clients referrals right so

she said oh I have a friend so he

grabbing she never did praise I said oh

another thing about me I like to try new

things these that's that's scary I like

to try it I'm a Sofio I like to play

with fire I don't understand it but I'm

gonna you know at least I'll try a lot

of times we we have a lot of

opportunities and greatness but we don't

try so we never know how far our

potential can go because he never even

gave it a chance you get what I'm saying

that's all I'll try it no I I never did

it before but I'll do it I'll be the

best I did it everybody was like wow do

you do me praise I said wow so then now

I'm sitting in silly so I said hey I

need to get my license what's this

I applied to all the schools they said

no you need to use your credit I said

credit I have guys

I'm just waiting to hear if I got the

job and she's like yeah you have the job

two weeks later I was in New York okay

two weeks later I was out I literally I

already had like a friend system and I

love this because it's about Sisterhood

like really was one of my first friends

and we met on Facebook in makeup groups

you know what I mean so it's just like

it's so and I mean obviously like I came

to New York for three years at the

airport and you know it's the same thing

like I was doing in Trinidad I was

living in Harlem and working in JFK oh

wow like having a business is easy but

it's really not because

you know being the owner of a business

you have to think of okay the income you

have to think about the expense you have

to think about your team you know making

sure that they're making income you got

to think of the customers like how do

they feel you know you have to think of

literally every single thing about the

business if the business not doing well

you know that kind of affects you you

know what I'm saying like it's so much

about a business I feel like people

don't really like talk about they only

talk about like the good part and like

how fun it is and how much money you

make but like the struggles going into

it starting a business not really having

like people to really like God even

teach you if I started that invention

like look at all the amazing people in

the world like they all started from

somewhere right like in the basement

they're like oh they have one person

else and you can do it and you don't

know you know what I mean like you just

never know so it's like who's the tools

that you already have and Community the

people around you all right ask

questions I need help like can you help

me with this ask you know close my eyes

don't get away

yeah I just want to also thank Jesse

it's all by my hair my hair is looking

so

um my hair's looking crazy right now but

we just found another Chick-fil-A

and Johnny went in to grab food

I'm in the car because we're not sure if

we can park here and we don't want to

just leave the car tell him to get the

deluxe chicken sandwich I always get

that at Chick-fil-A I have work to do

tomorrow though I have a lot of work to

do because I think I told you all

yesterday but I'm trying to plan for

today I'm trying to do next week's work

this week too so I have a lot to do but

um I really need to get to business

tomorrow

I have a meeting at 2 30 with Clay

School

so there's that but besides that I

should be good

and then on Thursday have another event

in the city with

um Weight Watchers so I might set up for

that Johnny's coming with me

to that event

so yeah this week is pretty busy

honestly I like being busy I feel like

when I'm not busy I always feel like I'm

not I'm not productive but when I'm

doing stuff I feel like you know I'm

doing stuff you know it's kind of weird

like although I like having my chill

time I also like having stuff to do

so hey here comes my food

um

oh man

oh no this is a paper straw

this is ridiculous

crazy popped up Cali and we're gonna go

grab some coffee I have so much work to

do today like tons and tons of work got

the coffee I think I don't like about

Paris forget it that they get Peppers

choice I hate paper straws y'all

because I take a long time to drink

stuff so

The Paper Store gets like you know soggy

and I just really hate that so I need to

start carrying a straws with me so that

I could use my own stores but I did take

a backup straw so once this month starts

to get nasty I can switch it out hey

girl it's a little later and I'm just

getting ready to film well I filmed one

video and then I'm getting ready to film

a different video summon it into my hair

because I haven't done my hair yet I did

my makeup so now I'm going to do my hair

real quickly to film The outro and then

do another video

um

I'm gonna go film the rest of my video

there's a lot of messes around me so

um

please excuse the background because

there's a lot going on back there but I

just got done filming I did my

um I did my perfume for spring and

summer video hopefully I like the

footage I'm gonna look through it today

because I'm kind of like iffy about it

so I'm gonna look through the footage

and make sure that I like what I filmed

I also picked out all the products for

my Sephora recommendations for the sale

that's happening in a couple weeks so

I'm gonna film that maybe later or

tomorrow I have a meeting right now oh

no I can't film it today because I have

a meeting then I have to go pick Cali up

from school and you know so I'll film

that one

maybe tomorrow I don't know so

um that's the last video that I need to

film as far as like YouTube videos for

next week the short form content it is a

lot as well but it's easier to film it

like in between stuff because I'm not

gonna talk I'm just gonna do voiceovers

although I was thinking about doing a

makeup therapy video for YouTube so

maybe I can do that as well let me show

you what my agenda looks like I don't

always show like my agenda but you guys

know I plan a lot because I definitely

always talk about planners

um at least here and there they plan a

lot I'm a very big planner so this is

what like my digital planner looks like

for the week these events already happen

so I'm showing you the picture but this

is like the event I went to yesterday

like I downloaded I put the picture I

put the picture of the flyer like right

in there for Tuesday and I put what I

wanted to do so I have the event I had

the time that I had to leave the house

and then the time that I'm just gonna do

my hair and makeup so I know exactly be

what I'm doing at what time sometimes I

get very detailed and I'll go into the

actual day and put things hour by hour I

didn't do that this week but as soon as

I do like hour by hour today here I have

like the different times for

the three videos I'm supposed to be

working on

um then tomorrow I have an event so I

have the little flyer here and then I

have all the videos I'm working on this

week and then this is like ideas like

the green stuff and I have this thing

for notes that I put on you can like so

this is my planner I will try to find

this planner and Link it below it's from

Etsy

um but I really like it because it has

everything that I need I it's I have a

hard time sticking with the planner so

when I still put a planner I love it

it's 2 25 so I'm gonna join the meeting

and I'll talk to you a little later just

got done with my meeting I decided that

I'm not gonna film the other video right

now I may do it I may film it later on a

different camera on my

I kind of want to use this camera uh

should I use this camera I don't know I

may film it on my Canon M50 I may film

it a little later depending on how I

feel like once I get back from getting

Cali I need to get her in like 20

minutes so I'm just gonna eat get her

and then come back and decide what to do

let's get my lunch I'm excited for this

it's so tasty also this may sound like

an oxymoron but my favorite sparkling

water is not necessarily the flavor but

the brand this brand Waterloo

their sparkling water is topped here

like Wegmans comes in a close second

third Wegmans brand but if you're

looking for sparkling water

um and you haven't had and you haven't

had any luck with what you've tried try

Waterloo I feel like whatever they're

putting in here

it's tasting really good like don't mind

the lipstick on my shirt but yeah I'm

gonna have this with my lunch as well

it's a lot later I just got done with

the work but this is my target haul I

literally just got paper products

so I got some paper plates bowls cups

and forks my kids are off next week so

yeah we're trying to you know not

not have a lot of dishes I'm trying to

have the sink stay like this

hair is looking crazy but I just um got

coffee at Starbucks

I got a little

I got the brown sugar oat milk chicken

espresso

now I just got ready for the event

tonight I did film like a little like

real version of look filmed a shorter

video for this like outfit and my makeup

this is my outfit I'll show you guys

what I'm wearing I just cleaned I just

cleaned the mirror so I'll show you in

this mirror but I'm wearing these my

earrings or these Louis Vuitton Hoops

I'm wearing this top it's from Zara it's

actually like a button-down shirt but I

tied it up here and then I have a

bralette from aritzia which is kind of

like part of the look but you can't

really see it too well

and then my necklaces are from my

necklaces are from Monica Hold On Monica

banana and then bubble bar

um I have these rings

okay my watch is from jbw and then this

big ring is from Miranda this ring is

from Miranda fry and then this one is

Cartier the regular love ring and then

um my skirt is from Zara I really love

it I really like it I had this skirt for

a while and honestly I don't know if I

ever wore it like I feel like I I tried

it I know I tried it on but I don't

remember leaving the house with it on so

I must have never worn it and it's kind

of like giving you know conservative but

then whoa not you know I think it's

pretty fun I think it's really fun so

this is a skirt I'm wearing some booties

from Steve Madden I'll show you later

and then on this arm I just have the

Hermes bracelet and then these rings are

both from Monica no this is Monica

banana this one is Miranda fry so this

is my arm candy on this hand so

yeah this is my OOTD and I did my hair I

did I'm wearing a U part wig and that

just kind of like pinned it back and

then I put a couple

strands of hair in the front and I'm

gonna just take my YSL cake bag today

this is the bag that I'm gonna carry

and for perfume I'm wearing this combo I

just I don't know I felt like having

some Shimmer so I reached for a Soleil

block and then I saw Soleil brulee I saw

Soleil brula next to it so I decided to

just wear it so this is my fragrance of

today I think I might add something

sweet to it I think I'm gonna add this

one

it's six o'clock so I'm just gonna throw

my coat on

I'm gonna wear my little

booties and

we're leaving we're good to go

different stations

and we got some prizes

we got a bunch of tickets shout out to

Johnny because he got a bunch of tickets

because my aim is terrible but

yeah it was fun we

it's like nine it's like 8 30 right now

so we're gonna

probably just grab dinner

since we've already found here per usual

I don't know what we're gonna eat though

okay so I wanted to show you what we got

from the Weight Watchers event we did

win a bunch of tickets so we're able to

pick out some prizes so

um the first thing I got was this mini

microwave popcorn popper I got this

specifically for Cali because she loves

popcorn and like she loves movie night

so I thought she would like this this is

a little

cute popcorn makeup basically you fill

it up with unpopped popcorn and then you

just put the lid on there

see I got that then I got the cooking

book because I love me a little cooking

book but God giving out the prices was

like making fun of me he was like are

you gonna use this I was like yes so

anyways I thought it would have some

really good meals we have like a little

guacamole recipe it has like

some tasty meals in there so

yeah I'm gonna definitely use this try

some things out then I got this little

kit this is a popcorn movie night kit it

has white cheddar it has dill pickle

spicy sriracha

um pepper Asiago and caramel corn which

caramel corn will be my pick

um and then it also has fluffy white

gold crunchy red ruby and sweet dry

color blend I'm probably gonna use like

the sweet one with the caramel and then

I know

um Johnny probably would like the

Sriracha so yeah this is a little

popcorn kit we could use for movie night

I also got this Bagel kit this is a two

ingredient dough Bagel kit with cinnamon

sugar and everything seasonings so it

says that's easy to use and I'm gonna

try it has a little

um tray and it has a little seasonings

here so

I got that and then I got a scale the

scale is going to be a gift to someone

I'm not sure who but I we had so many

tickets because Johnny won all the games

like he kept winning tickets so um we

actually also got a water bottle but

Johnny's using it already but

um yeah we got a scale as well so that's

our prizes from the Weight Watchers

world of Wonder event I'm so thankful

that they had me and it was a great time

so Friday I just pulled into Starbucks

I'm about to grab some coffee I had a

couple meetings this morning with my

kids teachers like um the school

meetings

so we're gonna go grab coffee I'm trying

to find that one Starbucks cup I keep

seeing everyone post it's like a glass

um cup so I really want it it's a it's

actually a bottle I think so I'm gonna

see if they have it at this target at

this Starbucks and then I think I'm

gonna go to Target from there because

today the main goal on my agenda

actually I have two main goals the first

one is edit so I have to edit I have to

edit a bunch of videos I think maybe one

two three videos

um actually no I'm lying I edited one

yesterday so I need to edit two videos I

need to film one video and edit that so

I want to get everything done today

um I guess I can do some I can do some

editing tomorrow but I want to basically

get everything done between today and

tomorrow and then I really need to clean

like

clean clean because this week I've been

working non-stop I haven't taken a

chance to like get a good clean session

in a clean sesh I haven't gotten a good

clean session because I've been working

like non-stop this week and my mom

literally did

my mom cleaned my kitchen a couple days

ago when we got back home on Wednesday

she had to clean the kitchen I was so

happy wow like I was like so thankful

but um besides the kitchen which is

pretty clean since she cleaned it

um I just need to clean like everything

else so we're gonna do that between

today and tomorrow and I need to start

editing this Vlog as well but

good morning

um or whatever time it is you're

watching this but yeah we're gonna go to

Starbucks and hopefully find what we're

looking for just got my order they

didn't have the cups in there they have

the

non-glass version like the regular

plastic version but I want the glass one

if they get a cold brew

it's Friday so I got the Nitro cobra

salted caramel I got a butter croissant

as well but we're gonna go to Target

right now and see what we find maybe we

find the cup there maybe we don't

okay I think we're pretty much done

because I have way more than I came for

but

I do actually need everything

in here

so I'm back home this is my little

Target haul

let me show you what I got my bag is

ripped because my bag ripped because

everything because the stuff was so

heavy but

look at this

um anyways let's start here so I got

this basket I got two of these this is

the bigger one I feel like I have a

basket like this already somewhere but

anyways I got this basket and then I got

a smaller one so it's like

you know the size

um because uh yeah so these are both for

the bathroom I also got some gloves I

needed some more cleaning gloves I got

these for today and then I got some

cleaning towels to

clean because

I'm tired of using paper towel and just

going through paper towels then I got

this which honestly if I have seen the

price before I got to the register I

wouldn't have gotten it I forgot to scan

it on my phone

um to see the price but it was 20 which

I think it's cute so I went ahead and

you know took it but

um I thought it would be nice to put by

the sink to like put you know soap in

hand wash I mean hand soap and hand

lotion so that's why I got this and then

that's it for that bag

all right and then I picked this up this

is just a violin system for my work

documents so I could put like receipts

and all types of things that I need to

keep track of

um yeah just to get better at that so I

got this to help me stay organized and

then I picked up a Slims I got some

stuff for my dry erase board just a just

I got an eraser because

um I haven't had a razor for the board

and then I picked up some liquid chalk

markers it's a new month so I figured

maybe I can you know use that and get

more organized so that's my little haul

um

I'm gonna start cleaning once I check my

emails and make sure that I have nothing

else to do on my laptop okay so I just

put the baskets in here and I still

didn't need to organize them but I had

all these products just you know all

over the place so I figured I could put

them in a basket and make it look cuter

I do need to organize this my Razor fell

in the bathroom so I need to get like a

new

um thing for it and I also need to

organize like this area and then on this

side I have this basket which I did not

organize at all but all this stuff was

just all over the counter so I just

threw it in there for now but I need to

go back and actually like organize I'm

sure like one of these is empty

yeah this one's pretty much empty so

yeah I need to throw that out and just

like organize but besides that so yeah

that's what I did with the baskets I

have the tray here and the plan is to

basically just put you know different

things on it like my little soap my soap

is too tall for the tray it doesn't you

know go it actually is too tall for this

area in general so

I'm probably gonna get a shorter bottle

because honestly I like using these when

I have like a gas store you know fancy

times not every day because it's too

pricey you know but yeah I need to clean

this area it's kind of messy

okay I'll take this out
