There are many different types of leaders in the world. Some people are born leaders, while others have to learn how to lead. There are also different types of leaders for different situations. For example, you wouldn't want a military leader in charge of a business.
The same is true for girls rugby. There are many different types of leaders in girls rugby, each with their own strengths and weaknesses.
The first type of leader is the captain. The captain is the leader of the team on the field. They are responsible for making sure the team is organized and plays to their strengths.
The second type of leader is the coach. The coach is responsible for teaching the team the skills they need to succeed. They also need to be able to motivate the team and make sure they are working hard.
The third type of leader is the parent. Parents play a very important role in girls rugby. They need to support their daughters and make sure they are getting the most out of their experience.
The fourth type of leader is the referee. The referee is responsible for making sure the game is fair and safe. They also need to be able to keep the players under control.
The fifth type of leader is the media. The media plays a very important role in girls rugby. They help to promote the sport and make sure that people are aware of it.
Leadership is very important in girls rugby. Without leaders, the sport would not be able to function. Each type of leader has their own strengths and weaknesses, but they all play an important role in the sport.

he frames its coach Rachel and I'm so
excited to be leading our first craft
with online for every virtual program
earlier this week Erin talked all about
leadership which is x value of the week
so today's craft is going to be centered
around leadership we're gonna be making
a really full collage it's gonna
highlight your current leadership
abilities as well as the ones that maybe
we're still working on and still growing
let's get started with the materials
that we will need today so first thing
you will need is a blank sheet of paper
and this could be a blank sheet of paper
maybe the back of a grocery sack
whatever you have lying around because
we're gonna end up covering it with cool
collages you're also gonna need that
leadership worksheet that you did with
Erin because it might be helpful to
reference all of the qualities that a
good leadership have you're also going
to need some markers crayons colored
pencils whatever you like I like markers
because they are very perfect and then a
stack of old magazines newspapers
pamphlets whatever you have laying
around we're gonna really focus on
trying to use those recycling materials
and then you will also need some
scissors tape or a glue stick
and at some point possibly a sharpie if
you don't have magazines that you can
cut up that's totally okay find a stack
of construction paper or you could just
color the whole thing whatever works for
you be flexible and try and think
creatively
[Music]
so what we're gonna do today is make a
collage and it can be of whatever you
want it could be of a flower of an
animal of a tree whatever you like I'm
gonna make a sunflower because it's my
favorite
[Music]
[Music]
once you have all your materials
gathered what I want you to do is go
ahead and flip through the magazines and
find things of the right color so if I'm
making a sunflower I'm going to look for
things that are orange or yellow for the
puddles and green for the step if you've
decided you're gonna make a giraffe you
might look for yellows and browns just
take some time and think oh what could
that look like so for example I just
picked up this magazine
there's a big blank orange page on the
back oh and on the other side so I'm
going to go ahead and pull that one out
and I'm gonna use it so go ahead and
just flip through find some different
pages for what
[Music]
[Music]
so I have gone through all my magazines
and found some different pages that are
orange and a little bit of greens my son
things like that so now I'm going to
start cutting them up in assembling them
so I'm going to start with the center of
my sunflowers so what I'm gonna do is
just cut out a piece of this orange or
as this paper bag cuz I didn't really
find any brown paper but this works just
as well
and to make a good circle just the trick
is if you fold it in half and fold it in
half again and then you can just make a
little quarter circle at the center of a
subpar
so it's a little bit I'm gonna make a
little smaller okay
so once I have that I'm gonna put it in
the center and then I'm gonna start
cutting my petals so I'm just going to
take the pages that I have and cut I
don't know what shape that is but a
little petal shape I'm going to cut a
handful of those are all my different
things
[Music]
[Music]
okay I'm gonna see where I'm at see if I
have enough all the way around my son my
paper circle that I had no I'm gonna
have a nothing that needs better
that's good okay so once you have all
the pieces you need we go ahead and
either glue them down or tape them down
I mean use tape for today just because I
have it and it's quick but Elmer's glue
or a glue stick works just as well so
what we're going to do once this is all
assembled is we are going to take those
leadership qualities that we want to
highlight about ourselves and we're
going to put them on each
[Music]
[Music]
so this is what I have so far this is my
flower so I could add a thumb if I want
to so for that I would just take one of
those green pieces that I have
we cut a nice straight line like that
and tuck it in the volume of nice
flowers
and if I wanted to make some leave sport
its kind of the same shape that you just
did with your sunflower
okay so at this point if you wanted you
could take your markers or your crayons
and draw on a cool background whatever
you want just to really make it yours if
so go ahead and take that leadership
worksheet you have and I want you to
look at but all that needs that make a
good leader so I put down mutation
creative encouraging supportive over
minded whatever qualities you put we're
gonna then write those on the petals if
you made a giraffe you could put it on
the spots if you made a tiger you could
put it on the stripes whatever you may
think of how could you incorporate the
different leadership qualities that you
think you have and highlight those on
your piece of art so I'm gonna take a
sharpie if you're using a magazine
Sharpie really works best washable
markers kind of come off of it and just
go ahead and write them on there as
you're flipping through the magazines if
you see words in the magazine that look
like the leadership skills like
friendship or kind nice you could cut
those out and glue those right onto your
petals
[Music]
[Music]
awesome now the other thing I'm gonna do
is I'm gonna write on the bottom of mine
so where my system is something that I'm
still working on so I want to highlight
it because it's a goal I have it I want
to keep it in mind as I work on
different things so I'm going to write
organize it that's definitely something
I'm working in and to get better at okay
so once you have that you can go ahead
and take whatever marker you want and
we're gonna write right in the middle
your name somewhere because this is
after all your leadership skills
when you can just hide a little bit here
in there whatever you'd like you want to
add a sunshine whatever it kind of makes
you happy
I want this to be something that you're
really proud of I'm gonna hang mine on
my fridge
because I want to be able to highlight
it not only to myself but maybe to my
family or my friends to come over maybe
I'll put it on the Instagram whatever
you want
[Music]
[Music]
I look forward to seeing you guys all
next week when we do a new craft all
around our word of the week I'll see you
later girls rugby
